On Thursday, May 4, Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant and Wine Bar, in a celebration of Italian winemaking and traditional cuisine, will partner with one of the world’s most renowned wineries to host a fabulous, one of a kind night featuring a full four-course dinner paired exclusively with wines from 2016 Wine Spectator’s “Winery of the Year” winner, Allegrini.

This one-of-a-kind fine dining experience is unique to the city, with an assemblage of Allegrini’s premier wines and cuisine hand-selected and cooked to perfection for a select few at Las Vegas’ longest running, family-owned and operated dining establishment. The Allegrini family owns and operates the famed original winery in Fumane Valpolicella, Veneto with a sister property in Bolgheri, Toscana. The winery has been an essential part of wine production in Veneto since the 16th century and has played a significant role in the development of the Valpolicella area.

Attendees of this special evening will get the opportunity to meet and hear from Allegrini ambassador and guest speaker, Robin Shay who is bringing with him an exciting surprise guest that will ensure this experience is truly memorable and not one to be missed. During the course of the evening, guests will be treated to beautiful and expert pairings of the winery’s most coveted and highly rated reds, as well as an excellent white for their presented dishes.

The evening’s menu will include:

First Selection – Vermentino, Solosole, Poggio Al Tesoro, 2015
Granchio – Spicy lump jumbo crab, cucumber variation salad, poppy seed tuile, mint oil

Second Selection – La Grola, Allegrini, 2012
Tagliatelle e Agnello – Pistachio tagliatelle, rustic lamb ragu, smoked shaved ricotta cheese

Third Selection – Sondraia, Poggio Al Tesoro, 2012
Cinghiale e Dintorni – Wild boar wrapped in Colonnata lardo, chanterelle, sunchokes and dandelion

Fourth Selection – Amarone, Allegrini, 2012
Noci e Cioccolato – Hazelnut and chocolate torino, caramelized granny smith apple, sabayon sauce
