Ferraro’s Dining Policies
Dress Code
Ferraro’s maintains a business casual dress code. We encourage guests to arrive in polished, comfortable attire appropriate for our dining environment.
We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing beachwear, including swimsuits, cover-ups and flip-flops.
Dress shorts are welcome provided they are neat and appropriate for the setting.
Child Policy
Families are welcome at Ferraro’s. Children joining your party are asked to adhere to the same dress code as our adult guests.
We kindly ask that parents or guardians step outside of the dining room with children who may become disruptive to other guests. In some circumstances, our team may respectfully request that a child be accompanied out of the dining room to preserve the dining experience for those around them.
To keep all our guests and servers safe, we kindly ask no strollers in our dining room. We are happy to store it for you while you dine. Thank you for your understanding and compliance!
Reservation Policies
Arrival & Seating: We kindly ask that your entire party be present and ready to be seated at the time of your reservation.
Late Arrivals: Reservations are held for 20 minutes past the scheduled time; after that, we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
Table Requests: We are happy to note specific table or seating requests but cannot guarantee availability.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations requiring a credit card must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $50 per person charge.
Large Parties & Payment: Large parties may require a credit card to reserve, and checks may be split across a maximum of four credit cards per table.
Wine Policy: Guests may bring one bottle of wine per table for a corkage fee of $50 for a 750ml bottle or $100 for a magnum.
