Summer has arrived and, along with it, the bright and flavorful tastes of the season we will share with you at our June 23 Taste & Learn event.
What a special evening has been planned for our final Taste & Learn of 2017. On Saturday, December 16, from 6 – 8 pm we will travel to four different regions on a giro d’iatalia (Tour of Italy)! For your tasting enjoyment, the night will feature carefully selected premier producers from each of the respective regions.
We have a very special dinner coming up that will be held Thursday, November 16th from at 6 pm. We’re excited to return to Tuscany, and will be once visiting our patron and house favorite Banfi wines.
On this night, we will be tasting two different Brunellos, including La Gerla’s award-winning single-vineyard Brunello “Gli Angeli”—there’s a reason why they’ve named this wine after angels, believe me!

With a brand-new year, it’s time to announce our first Taste & Learn event for 2017. It will take place on Saturday, January 28, from 4 to 6 p.m. We will all enjoy wines from Southern Tuscany’s Avignonesi Winery.
Savor one of the season’s most anticipated indulgences – Italian white truffles – at a special wine-pairing dinner at Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar. “Tartufi e La Spinetta” takes place on Saturday, Dec. 10, at 6:30 p.m. and will feature selections from La Spinetta’s Tuscany and Piedmont wineries paired with authentic and imaginative Italian fare prepared by Chef Francesco DiCaudo.
