Welcome back to Taste & Learn! We have had some incredible events already in 2017 and can guarantee our Summer series will not disappoint!
As I’m sure you’re all making exciting plans for summer getaways, I wanted to make certain you knew when to mark your calendars for our June and July Taste & Learn events.
Our next Taste & Learn on April 22nd, will feature the wines of Veneto. Veneto’s wines are some of Italy’s best-known exports, so needless to say we buzzing with excitement for this night.

With a brand-new year, it’s time to announce our first Taste & Learn event for 2017. It will take place on Saturday, January 28, from 4 to 6 p.m. We will all enjoy wines from Southern Tuscany’s Avignonesi Winery.
Don’t know what to give the boss, staff, clients or extended family this season? Present them with an authentic taste of Italy with festive gift baskets, boxes of Nonna’s scrumptious Italian cookies or gift cards from Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar.

This Taste & Learn will be particularly notable as the wines come from the same region as our chef, Francesco DiCaudo. In celebration of this event, Chef Francesco has partnered with the winery’s export manager, Letizia, to create an extraordinary menu representing traditional dishes enjoyed by the winery’s staff during the harvest.
Ferraro’s reimagines authentic Italian food with extraordinary vegan options, “paleo pasta” made with almonds and arrowroot for new Fall menu.
Indeed, it seems we simply cannot stay away from Tuscany! This month we’ll return to its beautiful rolling hills and world-renowned vineyards to feature the wines of Il Poggione.
