In 2021, about 32 million people visited Las Vegas. It’s predicted that the number of tourists will increase as people feel more comfortable traveling.

If you’re planning a trip to Las Vegas, you’re in for a treat. There are plenty of things to do and places to eat. With so many restaurants on the strip and off, it can be hard to know which ones are worth visiting.

We have created this guide so you can eat at the best restaurants in Las Vegas while you’re visiting. Read on to learn everything you need to know about food in one of the most popular cities.

Bar Bites

On your trip, you may not want to eat at high-end restaurants every night. If you’re looking for casual drinks and bar food, Atomic Liquors is a great spot.

There’s indoor and outdoor seating; however, it can get really crowded at night. It’s on Fremont Street, which is the perfect spot for people-watching as you drink and eat.

Vegan Options

We know that it can be challenging to find restaurants that have vegan dishes on their menus. While Vegas does have a lot of restaurants that offer expensive steaks and other rare meats, there are vegan restaurants that non-meat eaters and meat-eaters can both enjoy.

VegeNation is one of our favorite vegan restaurants in Las Vegas. They have many options, including pizza, tacos, and even crepes for brunch. The menu is 100% plant-based, and the food tastes incredible.

As a Las Vegas foodie, we couldn’t leave off Park on Fremont. While the restaurant isn’t 100% plant-based, they do have multiple vegan options.

If you’re traveling with a large group, this is the perfect place to make reservations. They can accumulate big parties, and the menu has something for everyone. We highly recommend the shareable cocktails. Besides the food, the scenery and atmosphere make this place a must-visit.

Cornish Pastry Co. is another one of our favorites. They have over 50 pastries on their menu, which have an assortment of meats and cheeses.

If you’re a vegan and you love pastries, it can be challenging to find places that have options for you. While the majority of their pastries have meat and cheese in them, there are several vegan options that are just as delicious.

Mexican

Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant is a great option for large groups. They have several dining areas that can hold between 50 and 100 guests. There is a set menu option if you have more than 10 people in your group, and if you have more than 30 people, you can purchase a fajita buffet.

There is a virtual tour on their website if you want to see what the restaurant looks like before you visit. They also have a great happy hour menu if you only want to get drinks. Many Las Vegas dining places are great for date nights and adult dining; however, Pancho’s is family-friendly, with a kid’s menu available.

Italian

Ferraro’s Italian restaurant is one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas and is a favorite among locals. If you’re looking for a date night spot, this is the perfect place.

It’s family owned and has been open since 1985. The pasta, bread, and dessert are all homemade.

If you’ve never had pasta made from scratch, you’re missing out. Dining at Ferraro’s is an experience, and you’ll feel like you’re in southern Italy.

There is a wine cellar that holds the best wines from all over. The wine pairings with the pasta and sausage are like nothing you’ve ever tasted.

Visiting Las Vegas can be draining; you’ve constantly walking and busy. If you want a good meal but don’t feel like eating out, you can get takeout from Ferraro’s. The food will be exceptional; however, you’ll miss out on some of the experience.

Steak Houses

If you’re looking to splurge, there are several steak houses that you don’t want to miss while you’re in town. One of the most iconic restaurants is the Golden Steer Steakhouse.

Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin both dined here, and the restaurant still feels like old Las Vegas. You can schedule a private event if you have a large party or there is first-come, first-serve seating.

You’ve probably heard of the Gordan Ramsey Steakhouse, but we have to include it as it’s one of the best. It opened in 2012 and has continued to appeal to people from all over the world. The food presentation is like no other, and the various meat cuts are incomparable.

It is on the pricey side, so be sure you are prepared. As you can see, there are many great restaurants in Vegas, so if it doesn’t fit into your budget, don’t worry.

Wolfgang Puck is another popular restaurant that is known all over the world. They have locations in numerous large cities, including Las Vegas. The menu has multiple different cuts of meat and steak that you can choose from; be sure to get an appetizer or two as well. Our favorite is the Wagyu sliders.
