Our next Taste & Learn on April 22nd, will feature the wines of Veneto. Veneto’s wines are some of Italy’s best-known exports, so needless to say we buzzing with excitement for this night.
Savor one of the season’s most anticipated indulgences – Italian white truffles – at a special wine-pairing dinner at Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar. “Tartufi e La Spinetta” takes place on Saturday, Dec. 10, at 6:30 p.m. and will feature selections from La Spinetta’s Tuscany and Piedmont wineries paired with authentic and imaginative Italian fare prepared by Chef Francesco DiCaudo.

This Taste & Learn will be particularly notable as the wines come from the same region as our chef, Francesco DiCaudo. In celebration of this event, Chef Francesco has partnered with the winery’s export manager, Letizia, to create an extraordinary menu representing traditional dishes enjoyed by the winery’s staff during the harvest.
Ferraro’s reimagines authentic Italian food with extraordinary vegan options, “paleo pasta” made with almonds and arrowroot for new Fall menu.
From June 11 through Sept. 4, 2016, Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant and Wine Bar will feature a special four-course, prix-fixe menu for only $45 per person.
Late night event featuring unlimited beer and pizza, as well as house-made Italian sausages and Hofmann hotdogs prepared on the outdoor grill for only $25 per person.
