Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar offers Las Vegas’ most romantic, intimate fine-dining experience, where the excellence of its authentic Italian fare is matched only by the warmth and elegance of its service and atmosphere. Owner Gino Ferraro and Executive Chef Francesco Di Caudo invite couples to enjoy a special prix fixe Valentine’s Day menu on Wednesday, February 14.
The menu is priced at $90 per person and includes:
First course (choose one):
Fluke Crudo
Green apple, Santa Barbara uni dressing
Roasted Bone Marrow
Warm artichoke-mint salad, almond gremolata
Pasta Course:
Lobster Ravioli
Cauliflower puree, calvisius caviar
Main Course (choose one):
Rock Fish
Grilled baby leek, Littleneck clams, tomato fondue
New York Steak Tagliata
Black trumpet, spigarello kale
Dessert Trio
Chamomile Pannacotta & Candied Rhubarb, Miniature Neapolitan Baba and Ferraro’s Tiramisu
Wine pairings thoughtfully selected by Ferraro’s sommelier—or Owner Gino Ferraro himself—may be added for an additional $55 per person. A “Grand Pairing” from the Ferraro’s reserved wine list is also available for $75 per person.
In addition, Ferraro’s will offer its regular dinner menu on Valentine’s Day. All women will receive a red rose and couples ordering off the regular menu will receive a complimentary dessert to share.
