Ferraro’s Ristorante announces its limited-edition prix fixe Las Vegas Restaurant Week menu. From Monday, June 1 through Saturday, June 13, Ferraro’s will offer a four-course dinner menu for $80 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Participating for its 16th year, Ferraro’s will donate a portion from every menu sold to Three Square Food Bank to help feed those in need.
“This menu is thoughtfully designed to offer a complete Italian dining experience, from antipasti through dessert, showcasing the depth and flavor of our award-winning cuisine,” said Mimmo Ferraro, Executive Chef, Ferraro’s. “Going on 16 years of participation, we take pride in continuing to raise the bar for our Restaurant Week menu while contributing to a cause we deeply care about.”
Antipasti Duo
Carpaccio di Manzo – Thinly sliced raw prime sirloin, Dijonnaise, arugula, Parmigiano, crushed croutons, Balsamic reduction
Vitello Tonnato – Chilled roasted veal, tuna sauce, capers, basil dressing, frisée

Bucatini Amatriciana – Short hollow pasta with guanciale, pancetta, tomato, Pecorino cheese, red pepper flakes

Pollo Limone – 10-ounce airline chicken breast, lemon, white wine, Dijon, rosemary, spinach
Vitello Piccata – Veal scaloppini, lemon, white wine, butter, capers, asparagus
Filetto di Manzo – 8-ounce Butcher’s Block prime filet mignon, porcini mushroom sauce, spinach

Pistachio Passion – Layered pistachio mousse, cream cheese custard, walnut crust
Tiramisu – Lady finger cookies, mascarpone cheese, espresso, chocolate, coffee crumble
