Ferraro’s Ristorante announces the much-anticipated return of its “Summer in Italy” special – a season-long celebration of authentic Italian cuisine featuring summer’s freshest ingredients prepared by executive chef Mimmo Ferraro.  From Monday, June 15 through Sunday, Aug. 23, Las Vegas locals and visitors alike can dive into a tempting four-course dinner for $75 per person, plus tax and
gratuity. The culinary experience features Ferraro’s classic dishes, including its
legendary Osso Buco, fresh house-made pastas, all-natural meats andseafood and more.

“This time of year, Italian cuisine shifts to lighter and brighter flavors – think zucchini blossoms, seafood pastas, citrus and fresh herbs,” said Mimmo. “We designed the prix fixe menu to feel balanced, with each course perfectly flowing into the next.”
