I invite you to join us for our next Taste & Learn wine-and-food-pairing event on Saturday, February 25, which will showcase the elegant wines from Castello di Monsanto and Villa di Capezzana. As always, each wine will be served alongside a small plate prepared by our Executive Chef Francesco DiCaudo. Your guided tasting will include four wines and take place from 4 to 6 p.m. in our private dining room.
The pairings for this Taste & Learn will feature:
- Monsanto Chianti with Uovo alla Fiorentina (spinach, egg, pecorino di Penza)
- Monsanto Chianti Classico Riserva with Cecina e Legumi (legume soup, Lacinato kale, chickpea flatbread)
- Capezzana Carmignano with Gnudi (spinach and ricotta gnocchi, cannellini beans all’uccelletto puree, veal jus)
- Capezzana Trefiano with Quaglia Ripiena (roasted stuffed quail with lardo and sausage, rapini sautéed with garlic olive oil)
