FERRARO’S ANNOUNCES SPECIAL LAS VEGAS RESTAURANT WEEK MENU BENEFITING THREE SQUARE FOOD BANK

Ferraro’s invites guests to order its special Las Vegas Restaurant Week menu from June 6 to 17. Available for dine-in, the menu is available for $80 per person with a portion of proceeds benefiting Three Square Food Bank.

The menu includes:

Choice of salad or soup (choose one):

  • Ferraro’s Salad

Mixed spring salad, cherry tomatoes, dried cranberries, pistachios, sunflower seeds, shaved carrots, Parmigiano Reggiano, 4 Foglie Balsamic

  • Pasta Fagioli

Cannellini bean and pasta soup

  • Soup of the Day

Pasta Combo:

  • Rigatoni al Pistachio Pesto

Homemade potato dumpling, pistachio and basil pesto, Mortadella, Parmigiano Reggiano

  • Bucatini Amatriciana

Homemade thick, short pasta, guanciale, tomato, Pecorino cheese, Calabrese peppers

Main Course (choose one):

  • Filetto di Manzo

8-ounce Butcher’s Block prime filet, Porcini demi reduction, spinach, potato purée

  • Salmone Marechiaro

Scottish salmon, lemon, white wine sauce, lemon herb risotto

  • Pollo Vesuvio

Airline chicken breast, rosemary, white wine, potatoes, carrots, onion, mushrooms

  • Vitello Piccata

Veal scallopini, lemon, butter, white wine, capers, grilled asparagus, roasted rosemary potatoes
