I have something very exciting to share with you – a first for Ferraro’s after more than three decades in operation. For the summer of 2018, we invite you to join us for a journey through Italy’s most extraordinary culinary destinations with our Summer Regional Menu Series. You’ll be living La Dolce Vita without ever leaving Las Vegas!
Beginning June 15, we will feature a rotating series of mouth-watering, four-course menus prepared by our award-winning Chef Francesco DiCaudo for the unbelievable price of $49. Each of these prix-fixe menus will be offered for just two weeks and will spotlight a different culinary region. In this way, we will travel to the Piedmont, Tuscany, Veneto, Campania, Sicily and—my home region—Calabria. Each region offers its own traditional ingredients and tempting dishes, and Chef Francesco has been hard at work creating menus reflecting these regions I know you’ll find simply irresistible.
Our first region—the Piedmont—will be the focus from June 15 – June 28. We will offer two selections to choose from for the appetizer, pasta and main courses, and one unbelievable dessert to conclude. Tuscan favorites such as Manzo Tonnato, Sformatino Carciofi, Gnocchi alla Bava, Brasato, Millefoglie – these are just some of the unbelievable creations Chef Francesco has in store for you!
