Burrata ($24) – Blueberry compote, prosciutto di parma, grilled focaccia
Spaghetti Aragosta Fra Diavolo ($72) – Homemade spaghetti, fresh tomatoes, Maine lobster meat, 7oz Canadian lobster tail, Calabrese peppers
Ravioli di Ricotta e Spinaci ($36) – Ricotta and spinach stuffed pasta, butter, sage, walnuts
Mare e Monte ($98) – Surf n’ Turf with 8-ounce filet mignon, 7-ounce Canadian lobster tail, grilled asparagus, roasted potatoes, drawn butter
Risotto Limone e Gamberetti ($48) – Acquerello risotto, colossal prawn, lemon zest, salsetta Genovese
