Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar invites guests to experience the next Taste & Learn on Saturday, Jan. 22 at 5 p.m. Taste & Learn is Ferraro’s popular, monthly wine-tasting and education event that provides illuminating wine education along with a menu of expertly prepared, authentic Italian small plates crafted by Chef Mimmo Ferraro.

January’s Taste & Learn event spotlights the wines of Jermann, located in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, and Piedmont’s Renato Ratti. The first tasting features a Ribolla Gialla produced by Jermann, the award-winning winery recognized for combining architecture, eco sustainability and unique techniques that elevate and modernize what one would expect from a classical winery. The evening spotlight includes one Nebbiolo and two
Barolos from Renato Ratti, known for its superior vineyards and decades of meticulous craft refined over the last 30 years.

“We are always excited to teach our guests about Italian wines and look forward to our monthly Taste & Learn events,” said Gino Ferraro, owner of Ferraro’s. “This month’s experience will enable attendees to experience wines from two prestigious winemakers.”
