Calabria, Italy — Early Years Gino grows up surrounded by the traditions, flavors, and culinary heritage of his homeland, forming the foundation of what will one day become Ferraro’s.
Syracuse, New York — New Beginnings After moving to the U.S., Gino meets Rosalba. Together, they share a dream of bringing authentic Italian cuisine to a wider audience.
1985 — A Six-Table Deli & Pizzeria Is Born From its humble beginnings as a six-table deli and pizzeria, Ferraro’s begins its journey — offering simple Italian specialties with heart. This small space marks the official start of what will become one of the world’s premier Italian dining destinations.
1988 — The Deli Becomes a Full Restaurant As the deli grows in popularity, Rosalba’s cooking leads to its transformation into a full-service Italian restaurant.
1992 — The Iconic Flamingo Road Location Ferraro’s relocates to its well-loved home on Flamingo Road, solidifying its place in the Las Vegas dining scene.
2009 — Expansion to a New, Modern Space The Ferraro family moves the restaurant to a larger, contemporary location across from the Hard Rock Hotel, continuing to serve their signature homemade pasta, fresh dishes, and beloved osso bucco.
2023 — Tre Bottiglie Award Ferraro’s earns the esteemed Tre Bottiglie (Three Bottles) award, a distinction reserved for world-class Italian wine lists.
