To our valued friends and customers,

In this uncertain time, I wanted to reach out personally to discuss the current COVID-19 virus situation and the world events that are concerning us all.

While the situation is unfolding, the reality of what the future may bring is not clear. I want you to know that there is no higher priority for our family than the safety of our customers and employees. We are heavily monitoring current events and following all required and suggested practices provided by the city, state, and national health offices as they offer them. According to the most recent information from the CDC, for most people, the immediate risk in our area of being exposed to the virus that causes COVID-19 is thought to be low.

In any event, we want you to feel confident when visiting Ferraro’s. As a result, we have enhanced our cleaning processes throughout the day and stepped up our nightly sanitization processes in the interests of our customers and employee’s health and safety. We also are mandating the use of plastic gloves at all times for our employees in a further step to help aide in promoting a clean and virus-free environment. As an additional measure for our guests, we have provided hand sanitizer stations located in multiple areas of the venue for ease of access and use as deemed necessary.

To ensure you are always aware of the latest information regarding dining at our venue and the restaurant community here in Las Vegas, we will continue to update you as more information becomes available. We want to be transparent and ensure our commitment to providing a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable atmosphere is known.

Life will go on, and each of us will continue to see friends & family, entertain guests, and have business meetings. It’s part of our lives and who we are. It is in times like this that we must support each other and come together as a community. Las Vegas has seen its share of tough times and already proven we are resilient and #vegasstrong. We will see this through together.

Thank you and be well,

Gino Ferraro
