We have another exceptional Taste & Learn coming up on Friday, April 26, at 5 pm. Our partner and presenter for this event will be Neal Rosenthal, a wine merchant with incomparable connections to the best wineries. While he represents only the finest producers in Europe, he actually launched his company with two growers in Piedmont, which — if you’ve heard me say it once you’ve heard me say it ten thousand times — is the very best wine region in all the world.
We will begin our evening with a sparkling white wine from Bisson, which is located in Liguria on Italy’s northwestern coast, and follow that with three outstanding producers from Piedmont, including San Fereolo, Rovellotti, and De Forville. As always, our award-winning chef, Francesco DiCaudo, has prepared some brilliant dishes to accompany each wine. The full menu follows:

- Both the wine merchant and our Chef will say a few words at each course. Please refrain from tasting the wine or the dish until they have each spoken.
- Due to the ongoing popularity of our events, we have implemented assigned seating to ensure all parties attending together may sit together.
