Ferraro’s Ristorante announces its limited-edition prix fixe Las Vegas Restaurant Week menu. From Monday, June 2, through Friday, June 13, Ferraro’s will offer a four-course dinner menu for $80 per person, plus tax and gratuity. A portion of the proceeds from every menu item will be donated to Three Square Food Bank to help feed those in need.
Antipasti Duo
Carpaccio di Manzo – Thinly sliced prime sirloin, shaved parmigiano, arugula, lemon oil, mustard sauce
Burrato e Pistachio Pesto – Burrata, grilled zucchini, pistachio pesto, crushed pistachios, lemon zest

Gnocchi Pistachio – Potato dumpling, pistachio pesto, Roasted tomato, crushed pistachio

Filetto di Manzo – 10oz Butcher’s Block Prime Filet Mignon, Porcini mushroom sauce, spinach, potato puree
