Decadent Italian Dishes

As one of only eight restaurants in the U.S. awarded the prestigious Tre Forchette (Three Forks) by Gambero Rosso, this exceptional menu is sure to please.

This five-course tasting menu highlights the flavors of Tuscany through refined, seasonal dishes. An elegant progression of flavors accompanies the Antinori portfolio, beginning with Guado al Tasso Vermentino paired with Carpaccio di Capesante—delicate raw scallop accented by squid ink, fennel pollen, lemon zest, orange oil, and micro basil. Villa Antinori Chianti Classico Riserva complements Sformato di Pecorino, a savory pecorino flan with grilled radicchio and aged balsamic. The depth of Guado al Tasso Bolgheri Superiore enhances Ricotta Cavatelli Tartufata, featuring ricotta pasta in a mushroom and black truffle sauce with mascarpone and crispy Parmigiano. The iconic Tignanello is paired with Costine Brasate—braised short rib with goat cheese cream, celery root purée, and broccolini. The evening concludes with Vin Santo and classic Cantuccini for a refined Tuscan finish.

Renowned Italian Wines

Marchesi Antinori is one of Italy’s most historic and influential wine estates, with a winemaking legacy that dates back to 1385, making it one of the oldest family-owned wineries in the world. For 26 generations, the Antinori family has combined deep respect for tradition with bold innovation, helping shape the Italian wine landscape and play a leading role in the development of the Super Tuscan movement. Based in the Chianti Classico region of Tuscany, the estate produces an exceptional range of wines—from elegant Chianti Classico to iconic labels like Tignanello—that express the unique terroirs of its vineyards with clarity, structure, and finesse. Today, under the guidance of family members across generations, Antinori remains synonymous with quality, heritage, and excellence in winemaking.
