Ferraro’s Ristorante, conveniently located just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip’s most exciting entertainment and sporting venues, announces the relaunch of its four-course pre-show menu beginning on Monday, Sept. 8. This exclusive menu delivers an unrivaled Italian dining experience for locals and visitors, offering a convenient and memorable pre-show option before the city’s world-class sporting events, concerts, and production shows.
Priced at an extraordinary value of $69 per person, plus tax and gratuity, the pre-show menu designed by executive chef Mimmo Ferraro offers a curated selection of premium ingredients, all-natural meats and seafood and fresh, hand-made pasta. The complete four-course menu follows:
Antipasti (choose one):
● Burrata – Chef’s seasonal preparation
● Vitello Tonnato – Chilled roasted veal, tuna sauce, capers, frisée
● Cesare Salad – Classic Caesar salad, Cetara anchovy dressing, croutons, parmesan
● Insalata Mimmo – Valdivia tomatoes, avocado, fresh bufala mozzarella, red onion, extra virgin olive oil, 4 Foglie balsamic
