Since 1985, Ferraro’s Ristorante has brought the authentic, uncompromised culinary traditions of Italy to the heart of Las Vegas. What began four decades ago as a modest six-table deli and pizzeria founded by Gino and Rosalba Ferraro has evolved into one of the most acclaimed family-owned Italian restaurants in North America.

A Legacy Spanning Generations

When founder Gino Ferraro emigrated from Calabria, Italy, he brought with him a deep passion for traditional Italian cooking and la dolce vita. Today, that legacy is carried forward alongside his son, Executive Chef Mimmo Ferraro.

After graduating from the California Culinary Academy and honing his skills in Tuscany, Chef Mimmo took over kitchen operations, bridging traditional family techniques with refined fine-dining presentation. Walk into Ferraro’s on any given evening, and you will still find the Ferraro family greeting regulars, guiding wine choices, and overseeing every dish that leaves the kitchen.
