As one of only eight restaurants in the U.S. awarded the prestigious Tre Forchette (Three Forks) by Gambero Rosso, this exceptional menu is sure to please.
Crafted with the same passion that defines Ferraro’s, this four-course tasting menu highlights the flavors of Tuscany through refined, seasonal dishes. The evening opens with Sicilian red shrimp carpaccio brightened by citrus and strawberries, followed by classic Pappa al Pomodoro finished with premium olive oil. Handmade agnolotti filled with oxtail and marrow lead into an elegant finale of herb-crusted lamb loin with eggplant relish and a dark chocolate Merlot reduction. Each course is thoughtfully paired with Vallepiciolla wines for a balanced and memorable dining experience.
