Ferraro’s Ristorante invites you to our annual Truffle Dinner on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. Dine on a luxurious, masterfully curated meal showcasing the rich flavors of white truffles. Sip some of Italy’s most prestigious Nebbiolo wines with world-renowned winemaker Giorgio Rivetti of La Spinetta.

About The Dinner

Guests will indulge in a six-course meal featuring the finest Italian white truffles, expertly paired with wines from La Spinetta. Executive Chef Mimmo Ferraro thoughtfully crafted each dish to highlight the rich, seasonal flavors of the truffles. Each dish has been carefully paired with the top vintages from La Spinetta, one of Italy’s most prestigious wineries, known for producing exceptional, high-quality wines.

When paired with La Spinetta’s exceptional wines, the result is nothing short of extraordinary.”

As one of Italy’s most prestigious wineries, La Spinetta is renowned for producing exceptional, high-quality wines reflecting the distinct character of the Piedmont and Tuscany regions. In addition to La Spinetta’s celebrated wines, the evening will also showcase sparkling wines from La Spinetta’s sister winery, Contratto, which rivals the best Champagnes of France.
