The family behind Las Vegas’ longest running family-owned and operated Italian restaurant, Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar, is now accepting applications and resumes for work in the Back of House positions.
With summer nearing its end, Ferraro’s announces its final menu of the season from the Campania region.
A menu of dishes from the Veneto region will be featured from Aug. 10 – 23 and, like each four-course menu in this first-ever series, is priced at just $49 per person
We have a wonderful partner presenting our next Taste & Learn event, on Saturday, August 25, at 6 p.m. Located here in Las Vegas, Franco Wine supplies exclusive Italian varietals curated from exceptional producers. Throughout the evening, we will criss-cross Italy and sample wines from Bocale, located in the city of Montefalco in the Umbria region; Tenuta del Morer in the Veneto; and Lanciola in Tuscany, which produces fine Chiantis and Sangioveses.

Travel to Calabria with the 2018 Summer Regional $49 Menu Series. All summer, Ferraro’s is offering a changing rotation of prix-fixe menus inspired by Italy’s most renowned culinary regions; Calabria’s menu will be featured from June 29 – July 12.
