Since 1985, Gino Ferraro and his family have offered Las Vegas a truly unique Italian dining experience.
Born in Satriano, in the Calabria province of Italy, Gino has been around food his entire life. His son Mimmo now oversees the kitchen, while Gino remains involved in the daily operations and personally greets all his restaurant guests.
His extensive knowledge of Italian wine is evident in the restaurant’s wine list, which has earned numerous industry awards.
The son of Gino, Mimmo Ferraro took over the kitchen operations in 2003, upon his graduation from the California Culinary Academy and study in Italy.
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Mimmo has a lifetime of knowledge in the business, having grown up in a family that has owned restaurants for decades.
Following graduation from the culinary academy and business management coursework at UNLV, Mimmo studied in Tuscany, under Davide Mazzuoli at the LaGrotta Ristorante, who is among Italy’s best-known chefs.
