Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar offers holiday party planners two appealing options this season: Hosts can throw an affordable dinner at Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine bar, with group dining menus starting at just $55 per person, OR invite Ferraro’s to bring its most authentic and elegant fare into their own home.

Entertain employees or visiting family members at the restaurant and enjoy a four-course, prix-fixe meal. For the antipasto or insalata course, choose one: Salsiccia Calabrese (grilled homemade spicy Italian sausage, roasted shallot marmalade), Calamari Fritti (fried baby squid with spicy Pomodoro sauce), Cesare (classic Caesar salad), Insalata Mimmo (heirloom tomatoes, avocado, red onion and fresh mozzarella in balsamic vinegar) or Polipo (marinated grilled octopus, potato, olive, capers). The pasta course offers a duo of Gino Ferraro’s favorite pasta dishes: Spaghetti Aglio Olio (whole garlic, extra-virgin olive oil, Calabrian peppers and Parmigiano Reggianno) and Bucatini Amatriciana (onion, pancetta, guanciale, tomato, pecorino cheese). For the secondo, or main course, choose one: Pollo Parmigiana, Vitello Piccata (veal scaloppini, lemon, butter, white wine, capers, asparagus), Salmone (grilled Scottish Salmon, borlotti beans, nduja braised baby ruby gem lettuce), Ossobuco (22-ounce braised veal shank in red wine and farro) or Filletto (seared tenderloin, sunchoke puree, spinach, onion texture, oxtail reduction sauce).

Ferraro’s recently introduced a new, high-end catering services that bring authentic Italian cuisine from its kitchen into private residences. Las Vegas’ longest-running, family-owned and operated restaurant offers the opportunity for home entertainers to have Ferraro’s head chef, Francesco DiCaudo, prepare an exclusive, intimate dining experience for their guests. This in-home dining program includes three tiers of multi-course menu selections from traditional Italian barbecue to more formal, sit-down dinner options, starting at $100 per person.

OPTION ONE – GRIGLIATA ALL’ITALIANA (Italian barbecue): $100 per person

Buffet:

  • Insalata Mimmo, Mixed Bruschetta, Caponata, Cheese and Meat Platter, Rosalba’s Conserva, Marinated Olives, Rapini, Roasted Potato, Baked Pasta

From The Grill:

  • Homemade Spicy Sun-dried Tomato and Caciocavallo Cheese Sausage, Ribeye, Meat Skewers, Chicken Breast, Fish Mix, Seasonal Vegetables

Dolci:

  • Miniature Desserts and Rosalba’s Cookies
